Initial Consultation + Action Plan + Discussion: For those who want a more specialized action plan, this package includes the initial consultation and focus on a topic of your choice (e.g. sports nutrition, food allergy, pregnancy needs, vegetarianism, etc.). Our response includes nutritional information on your topic and recommendations within your lifestyle. Delivered as PDF or through US mail, optional email or 30-minute phone consult to discuss. Cost is $100.

Initial Consultation + Action Plan + Discussion + Meal Plan: An extension of the previous two packages. Included is a personalized meal plan based on your food and eating-style preferences. Your action plan is delivered as a PDF or through US mail with an optional 2 emails or a 45-minute phone consult to discuss. Cost is $200.

Follow-Up's:
Single Email - To address your needs in a single email. Cost is $50.
Five Email - A package of 5 email's. Cost is $100.
Phone Consult - 15 minutes to discuss your questions. Cost is $15.
